Okidoki, daar gaan we: geachte computerfreaks,

is er iemand onder jullie met verstand van XML? Ik heb geen verstand van XML. Aangezien er van mij verwacht wordt dat ik vrijdag aanstaande (ja, da's morgen jah!) dmv o.a. dit vraagstuk laat blijken dat ik dat verstand wel heb, aan jullie de vraag: kan iemand mij helpen met de aanpak van dit vraagstuk?

Verdeel de onderstaande tekst uit een handleiding in XML-elementen en geef elk element een naam; maak eerst een grove verdeling (bv titel - instructie), en verdeel dan elk nieuw element zo veel mogelijk verder in kleine stukjes. Let op: de elementen mogen elkaar niet overlappen!

Geef vervolgens bij elk benoemd element aan waar het voor staat en hoe het moet worden weergegeven in je document.

Create a header

Headers and footers are used to display additional information when you print or view a report. A header is displayed at the top of every page, and a footer is displayed at the bottom of every page.

In this exercise, you open the Page Setup dialog box and create a header that will be printed.

1. On the File menu, click Page Setup.
The Page Setup dialog box appears

2. Click the Header tab.

3. Be sure that the Center tab is selected, and then click in the Text box.

4. Next to the box displaying the text "page number", click the down arrow, and then click Project Title.
The text "Project Title" is displayed in the Project Information List box.

5. Click Add.
The project title is displayed in the Preview box. The project title is automatically inserted from the Summary tab in the Properties dialog box.
The Properties dialog box is on the File menu.
It is discussed further in Lesson 3, "working with project tasks"

6. Press Enter
A new line is started in the text box.

7. Type Project: and press the SPACEBAR.
The text "Project:" is displayed in the Preview box.

8. Click the Page Information List down arrow, click Subject and then click Add.
The subject of the project is displayed in the Preview box

Ik heb lang gedacht dat er geen toekomst zat in XML in dan XHTML het meteen over zou gaan nemen.

En dan zegt Microsoft dat ze XML boven SGML prefereren in Office 11. Tja, amaar toen was ik te laat jmet het leren.
