Wie gaan er deze winter op wintersport? Ik vond het de afgelopen keer erg gezellig, dus ik (en Kristyna) zijn van de partij. Ik heb verder nog geen research gedaan omtrent bestemming en data. Ik stel voor om ergens in januari of februari te gaan.

Dames en Heren, er komt een mm2009, zoveel is zeker.
However, ik heb niet echt behoefte aan zoveel dagen wintersport.
Natuurlijk is het lekker veel en lekker goedkoop, maar het is mij een beetje te lang.
Een dag of 5 (ex reis) is iets wat mij een stuk meer aanspreekt.

Wellicht kunnen we wel gaan met MM2009 en dan met de auto later aanrijden / eerder vertrekken, of we kunnen zelf iets regelen (grote kans dat dat dan duurder uitvalt als bovenstaande optie).

Hoe dan ook, even peilen wat jullie ervan denken. Zijn er mensen met nog andere ideeen / wensen?

Ik wil ook wel mee, maar heb helemaal niet zo'n problemen met een volle week. We kunnen ook wel een dagje iets anders doen. Wat mij betreft weegt de moeite die je moet doen om 2 dagen korter te gaan niet op tegen het "voordeel". Maar wintersport is een GOED idee.

Ik ben het met Gerben eens. Wat maken die extra paar dagen nou uit. Als we bijv met de auto gaan zullen we waarschijnlijk al minimaal 2 auto's nodig hebben. Dan wordt het alleen maar onnodig duurder en kun je misschien beter een andere vakantie boeken..

Please note that this is the same ski-area we went to last/this year.
This might sound great (lots of ski pistes 310 km) but there's a catch.
The town lies in the valley which is somewhat disconnected from the rest of the ski-area.

Remember that elevator you guys had a lot of trouble with? you will need to use that every time you would want to escape from/return to this valley. Because i went to this valley 2 times already i also have to note that this valley's pistes are not that great compared to what we had last year.
However since we're not all that experienced, this valley maybe more than enough for us.

as noted before, the price is very cheap (<300 euro),
compare this to the suggestion of Checkgirl and
you will be spending 165-220 euro on a ski-ticket ALONE!!

The ski area itself is also almost 3 times as small (80 km max)

This is where i used to go when i was a kid (5+ times) . It's also in austria and roughly just as large as the mountain madness location in france.

You can see that prices (200 euro's for 7 days in march) for lift tickets here are about the same as the suggestion of checkgirl, but only the number of pistes is greater (270 km max)

Another place i have a good experience (went there twice) is Andorra.
When I look for prices there we can have a appartment + transport + ski ticket there for 300 euros somewhere in februari
